Q.1 Can I return my order?

Ans. Since all our products are handcrafted and are manufactured only on order, we don’t offer returns. Please go through our Exchange Policy for the same.

Q.2 How Can I cancel my order?

Ans. Order cannot be cancelled once it is dispatched. Please write to us at customercare@amama.in  or call us on  +91 7042213669, for any assistance related to your order. Our customer support team will be happy to help you.

Q.3 Can I exchange my order more than once?

Ans. Order can only be exchanged ONCE during it’s course.

Q.4 What can I do if I don’t find a suitable product in exchange?

Ans. We provide credit notes (which are exclusive of shipping charges) on your registered E-mail ID.  The Credit Note is redeemable on the next purchase and is valid for 3 months ONLY.

Q.5 How can I redeem my credit amount?
