Ans. Once the order is dispatched, a tracking ID will be sent on your registered E-mail ID along with the link.


Q.3  What to do if my order has an item missing or damaged?

Q.4 How can I get information regarding the delay in delivery?

2) Return/ Exchange and Cancellation.


Q.1 Can I return my order?

Ans. Since all our products are handcrafted and are manufactured only on order, we don’t offer returns. Please go through our Exchange Policy for the same.


Q.2 How Can I cancel my order?

Q.3 Can I exchange my order more than once?

Ans. Order can only be exchanged ONCE during it’s course.


Q.4 What can I do if I don’t find a suitable product in exchange?

Ans. We provide credit notes (which are exclusive of shipping charges) on your registered E-mail ID.  The Credit Note is redeemable on the next purchase and is valid for 3 months ONLY.


Q.5 How can I redeem my credit amount?

Q.2 Can I convert COD to Prepaid?

Ans. Yes, COD orders can be converted to Prepaid.


Q.3 The payment got debited from my account, but I did not receive an order confirmation. How to get this resolved?

Ans. We try to use the best quality material available to us. Different jewellery pieces are made with different materials. Kindly read the description of each product carefully before placing your order.
